Statement
With more than 10,000 associates in 80 locations worldwide, Pall Corporation is a global leader in fluid management including high-tech filtration, separation, and purification. They’re widely used by manufacturers, hospitals, laboratories, aircraft operators, energy producers, and municipal water suppliers. Pall’s biotechnology products help ensure the purity of water and food, engineer lifesaving vaccines and drugs, protect patients and caregivers, enhance manufacturing processes, and more.
“Minimalistic approach” was the name of the game for this corporate office design. The office floor was divided into 7 separate rooms, and each one needed to accommodate 2-3 workers. Instead of supplying business furniture from one of our many case goods manufacturers, we kept things flexible with modular desk components from one of our most affordable cubicle systems: O2 Corporate.
Taking advantage of the existing walls and available power & data outlets, we arranged the work surfaces to become L shaped corner desks supported by desk legs, cubicle filing cabinets, and a little bit of creative wall mounting. This approach gives the client greater freedom in the future to easily reconfigure the cubicle parts and pieces into new desk arrangements as their needs evolve.
In addition to the 2 file pedestals flanking the desktop we also wall mounted office storage bins. We added a pop of their corporate blue color with fabric tack boards and strategically placed fabric office partitions to define separate work spaces as needed. The blue & gray color scheme was available on our Quick-Shippable O2 Modern program.
Lastly, we provided folding training tables, stackable chairs, and an easy-to-move modular conference table to use as needed in a swing space that doubles as a training & conference room.
