NewCo Capital Group is a top American alternative finance company specializing in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Bridge-Capital solutions. For this project, we aimed to create a workspace that balanced productivity, functionality, and modern design while showcasing our expertise in Miami office furniture solutions. Our work began by providing office furniture removal services to this customer in order to remove their somewhat dated, old office furniture to make way for their office revamp with a new and improved layout.

We then designed and installed 6 workstation clusters of 120-degree desks, totaling 36 new office benching stations.

Each 4’x4’ powered angled desk in the aptly named dogbone workstation clusters was equipped with mobile pedestals offering convenient office storage for each user. The client opted for 53” high cubicle panels for flexibility was a key consideration, particularly regarding seating and accessibility. The finished layout fosters collaboration while maintaining individual functionality, creating a streamlined and highly efficient office environment. The result is a well-organized, aesthetically pleasing workspace that enhances team productivity and connectivity.
