Statement
In this project for a return client with office space in The Bronx, we equipped an open area, two private offices and a small office with storage with some of our highly popular New York office furniture solutions.
The open office area features six thoughtfully laid out L-shaped cubicles that create an efficient and visually appealing workspace, fostering productivity. Each office workstation is built with 53" H tile panels, providing privacy and a low level of sound insulation to support a focused work environment. The spacious L shaped office desks offer a comfortable work surface for daily tasks, while the 5" H tile type cubicles with glass provide a sturdy foundation for the overall structure.
To enhance both functionality and aesthetics, these tile cubicle panels incorporates 18" H perforated metal panels, bringing a modern touch while maintaining airflow. A 14" H fabric panel adds texture and elegance, softening the workspace's overall design. Finally, 14" H glass stackers allow natural light to flow through the office, creating an open and airy atmosphere.
Seamlessly integrated office storage solutions meet organizational needs within each cubicle workstation. These include box box file pedestals for quick access to daily essentials and documents and file file pedestals for organizing files and paperwork. The office storage space was provided a 2-drawer lateral filing cabinet for larger documents and office supplies. In a later phase of this project, our client ordered additional overhead storage bins for efficient document and office supply storage. Together, these office storage units and partition panels effectively define individual cubicle workstations while promoting collaboration across the team.
We furnished the private offices with L shaped office desks: one measuring 5’6” x 5’6” and the other 5’ x 5’6”. Both desks feature a box box file pedestal and a frosted modesty panel. These private office furniture setups offer functional and stylish solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of the team leaders.
This comprehensive office upgrade reflects a thoughtful balance of functionality, style, and efficiency. By tailoring solutions for both collaborative spaces and private offices, the design supports productivity, organization, and a modern aesthetic, aligned with the client’s operational needs.
