CJ Real Estate is a full-service property management company specializing in investment residential real estate, located in Lee's Summit, Missouri. They offer services such as property management, maintenance, marketing, and tenant services, aiming to increase owner profitability and reduce vacancy rates. Additionally, they provide sales and management services in Missouri, Kansas, and the Southern Florida Gulf Coast.

In their search for office furniture in Missouri, this client approached us to assist in the transformation of their workspace with a focus on high-quality office cubicles. The project centered around the installation of 32 L-shaped cubicle workstations, designed to enhance privacy, organization, and productivity in an open office environment.

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, our space planning and installation teams executed the project in two well-coordinated phases. The first phase involved the delivery and setup of 16 tall L-shaped cubicles in one of the open office areas. These workstations featured high cubicle walls to support focused, individual work while maintaining a cohesive team layout.

The second phase completed the transformation by installing the remaining 16 cubicle desks in an adjacent open office space. Our team meticulously assembled and positioned each cubicle according to the floor plan developed by our office space planners, resulting in a workspace that is both functional and visually streamlined—tailored to meet the client’s workflow and aesthetic goals.
