Statement
Shulman & Hill, is a New York law firm specializing in workers' compensation and personal injury cases. Their Long Island office, located near West Hempstead, provides experienced legal representation to help clients navigate claims and secure the compensation they deserve.
Our recent project involved a comprehensive office reconfiguration to enhance functionality and integrate our office furniture in New York, creating efficient new work areas. The redesign encompassed two private offices and three distinct open spaces, strategically planned to improve workflow and encourage collaboration among team members.
The first open workspace was optimized to provide additional worksurface and storage without compromising space efficiency. We replaced the existing workstation desks with a cluster of four L-shaped cubicles, each equipped with a box box file pedestal for organized storage. The 39” fabric panel walls define individual workspaces while maintaining an open atmosphere for seamless communication.
The second and third open office spaces were designed to foster collaboration and adaptability. To achieve this, our office space planners replaced outdated cubicles with 25 and 23 modern workstations, respectively, each featuring a box box file pedestal for storage. The 53” high workstation walls and frosted glass screens offer privacy for focused tasks while maintaining an open, contemporary aesthetic. This office benching system maximizes space utilization, accommodates team growth, and promotes mobility among employees.
One of the private offices was outfitted with a 36” x 71” straight office desk, a box box file pedestal, and a two shelf bookcase, while the second private office features an L desk with drawers. Both setups provide ample worksurface and storage solutions, ensuring a functional and professional workspace.
To further enhance comfort and usability, the office was furnished with 20 mesh back office chairs, eight stackable chairs, and two ergonomic task chairs.
In summary, this reconfiguration project successfully transformed the office into a more collaborative, efficient, and visually appealing environment. The open workspaces encourage teamwork and flexibility, while the private offices are tailored for productivity and versatility.
