New York City Employee Benefits Office represents the mayor in all negotiations between the City of New York and the unions that represent its employees. The Commissioner speaks for the Mayor, as the city's liaison to private sector labor and management.

Our space designers specified commercial office furniture according to our client’s requirements for an office reception area, a creative meeting room, a sizeable cubicle office setup, and an interview room within their L-shaped office space in New York. 

Welcoming all employees and guests is a vibrant Ginger Root laminate finished one person reception desk with storage. This sleek, contemporary front desk with its minimalist design is a versatile fit for just about any trendy office workspace. 

Behind the reception desk, is an irregular-shaped meeting space. Our innovative office space designers managed to successfully position a 6 person conference table and chairs. With careful spatial design consideration, the layout was optimized to conduct meetings that facilitate meaningful conversations in a comfortable environment.

Light colored cubicle desks were distributed throughout the main open office area to reflect the abundance of natural lighting, creating a bright and airy feel. Our space planners skillfully used l-shaped cubicles with windows to promote the lightness of the room. This cubicle office design savors natural light while also providing employee cubicle privacy, creating a perceptibly positive work atmosphere. Each cubicle desk is equipped with a file file pedestal and a box box file pedestal that dually serve as storage and structural desktop supports. 

The interview room was equipped with a D top table, convenient mobile pedestal, black task chair and a set of mesh guest chairs with arms, providing a professional yet comfortable setting for interviews. 

As an office storage solution, 3 drawer lateral file cabinets were positioned against the interview room office wall. They are an efficient storage solution, providing plenty of office storage space for documents and other items in an easily accessible way. 

Finally, the cream and warm wood, furniture color palette perfectly complements the office interior design.
