Statement
Gemrock Capital is an insurance brokerage firm offering a wide range of services, including commercial property, professional liability, commercial auto, aviation, and cyber insurance. Founded in 2021, they specialize in helping clients identify, quantify, and reduce risk, protecting what matters most: people, property, and profitability. Our recent project involved supplying and installing office furniture for Gemrock Agency, reflecting their commitment to excellence and innovation.
For our client’s Brooklyn office space, we designed and created a modern, functional workspace tailored to their specifications. We meticulously selected finishes for their Brooklyn office furniture to align with their vision, creating an environment that embodies Gemrock's commitment to excellence and innovation. The project included outfitting an open office space, reception area, six private offices, a conference room, and a lounge office space.
In the open office area we installed 12 cubicle workstations from our O2 Series of Corporate Office Furniture with laminate panels, all powered to support a dynamic workflow. Each cubicle desk was teamed with a box box file pedestal, an office tack board, and frosted glass panels mounted with 8-inch high screens for a polished and semi-private environment. The workstations were also equipped with ergonomic mesh chairs to ensure comfort and productivity.
The corporate reception space sets the tone with a powered 5x6 modern office reception desk featuring a frosted glass transaction top. A comfortable mesh back chair complements the clean and welcoming design, creating a striking first impression.
Six private offices were outfitted with quality office furniture, each tailored to meet the functional needs of their occupants. Configurations include L- and U shaped office desks with laminate modesty panels and mobile pedestals, mesh or high back leather chairs for comfort, and storage solutions for office use, like credenzas and bookshelves.
The centerpiece of the meeting office space is a powered modern conference table paired with eight high back executive chairs, offering a sophisticated contemporary conference room design for collaboration and meetings.
Adding a touch of relaxation and style, the office lounge area features two fabric accent armchairs, creating a cozy spot for informal discussions or downtime.
This installation reflects our commitment to creating vibrant, modern workplaces that balance functionality and style.
