FortisureIT provides high quality data analytics, management, and web development services to a diverse portfolio of customers. They staff their organization through their own signature career development program.
The client made use of our office space planning services to a get a functional office design layout. Because we were supplying new office furniture for several large office areas, we completed this office furnishings project in phases, based on budgetary allowances.
For this phase, we maximized the office square footage to fit as many employees as possible into an open plan office. We fit nearly fifty powered 5’x6’ L-shaped cubicle workstations using O2™ corporate office furniture cubicles.
For business politics reasons all workstation desks needed to be identical. 53”H mid-height cubicle dividers ensure that agents have sufficient workstation privacy to function optimally in an open office environment and everyone gets a file pedestal for personal storage.
We also furnished two manager’s offices and two private meeting rooms. With the client’s budget in mind, we specified well-priced Cherryman Amber L-shaped office desks and two simple rectangular meeting tables.
We successfully met the project deadline and budget for this phase, which surpassed our client’s expectations and left them eager to kick-off with the next.
